Our furniture products are covered under a limited of 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a specified period from the date of delivery.
This warranty applies only to products used under normal residential conditions and does not cover commercial usage.
Natural variations in wood grain, color, and texture are not considered defects but part of the product’s uniqueness.
Damages caused by improper handling, misuse, exposure to moisture, heat, or direct sunlight are not covered under warranty.
Any alterations, repairs, or modifications made by unauthorized personnel will void the warranty.
Upholstery, finishes, and wear-and-tear components are excluded unless explicitly stated.
To claim warranty, valid proof of purchase and product details must be provided.
The company reserves the right to repair, replace, or offer a suitable resolution at its discretion.
